Evans joined Stitched by Wash in 2019. As the company’s HRM, he oversees the daily workflow of the departments, provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. He is also the major link between the management/leadership team and the employees. In this regard he understands and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Additionally, he ensures the company maintains compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Being a car enthusiast, Evans has maintain a knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in automotive interior.
