As the COO, Roberts is leading Stitched by Wash strategy and growth. He is responsible for managing the logistics associated with running the company and carrying out all essential duties. Specifically, his roles include creating an employee taxonomy and management structure, auditing various workplace processes and implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and communication across all departments in the company’s’ service delivery, production, and distribution chain.
Before co-founding Stitched by wash, Robert had a decorated career in local and international organization rising from field assistance, to managerial and finally directorial role at an international company. Robert brings on board over 15 years’ experience drawn from both the local and international organization with experiences across multisectoral management. He is currently pursuing Master in Business management and administration at JKUAT.
